Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
• Develop

  data-driven performance strategies

  aligned with business objectives.
• Run A/B tests and creative experiments to improve ROI.
• Prepare performance dashboards and insights for internal reporting.
• Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPA, CAC, and ROAS; take proactive optimization actions.
• Mentor junior analysts and create a knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
• Collaborate with brand, content, and strategy teams for unified campaign execution.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in

  performance marketing / paid media strategy

  .
• Scale winning campaigns to achieve daily spends in the 5–6 figure range.
• Strong command of

  Meta Ads, Google Ads

  .
• Ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
