Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries promptly across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, phone, and email.
Provide accurate information on courier bookings, parcel status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
Assist customers with pickups and guide them through service procedures.
Oversee daily logistics operations, including routing, coordination with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure timely deliveries.
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

Minimum: High School Diploma (Bachelors preferred). IATA Certification required.
1+ year of experience in customer service and logistics operations, preferably with international clients.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Hindi.
Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email, and phone systems.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of courier and supply chain operations is a plus.
