Role Overview

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist with strong expertise in Facebook & Instagram advertising. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.

- Conduct detailed audience research and build effective targeting strategies.

- Create and test ad creatives, copy variations, and campaign structures.

- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and optimize for maximum ROI.

- Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the design and content team for high-performing creatives.

- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Meta Ads, paid marketing, and AI-driven ad optimization.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign management.

- Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing.

- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup.

- Knowledge of conversion tracking, funnels, and analytics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage ad budgets effectively and deliver measurable growth.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Location: Must be available to work on-site in Vadodara (Alkapuri).
