Daily Accountabilities

Meta Ads Specialist

  • Plan and execute

    Lead Ads (Instant Forms)

    and

    website-lead

    campaigns; use

    Higher-Intent

    and

    Conditional Logic

    to pre-qualify prospects.
  • Launch and optimize

    Click-to-WhatsApp

    campaigns; craft message templates/flows that speed up qualification.
  • Apply

    Performance 5

    habits (account simplification, creative diversification, data quality, automation, validation) and leverage

    Advantage+ placements/creative

    .
  • Implement, test, and troubleshoot

    Meta Conversions API (CAPI)

    to improve event quality and measurement resilience
  • Optimize for

    lead quality

    using

    Conversion Leads

    and structured A/B testing; connect CRM feedback where applicable.
  • Route and manage leads via

    Leads Center

    and/or integrations (e.g., CRM via Zapier) to ensure rapid follow-ups.
  • Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting (CPL,

    CPLQ

    , cost-per-booked-call, lead-to-sale) with clear insights and actions.
  • Ensure compliance with

    Special Ad Categories

    and Meta’s anti-discrimination policies when relevant (HEC/Employment/Finance).

 

Challenges

    Adapting to frequent updates in placements, objectives, and automation.
  • Signal Loss & Measurement:

    Maintaining attribution quality with CAPI and robust event setups.
  • Lead Quality vs. Volume:

    Balancing scale with qualification using Instant Form logic, Conversion Leads, and WhatsApp flows.
  • Client Diversity

    : Adapting messaging and strategy for various industries and target audiences.
  • Policy Constraints:

    Operating within Special Ad Category restrictions where applicable.

Required Experience

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 2+ years

    managing Meta lead-gen campaigns across multiple accounts (preferably

    5+

    ad accounts).
  • Hands-on with

    Instant Forms

    (Higher-Intent, Conditional Logic) and

    Click-to-WhatsApp

    .
  • Fluency with

    Advantage+

    placements/creative and

    Performance 5

    practices.
  • Proven

    CAPI

    implementation/troubleshooting experience.
  • Comfortable with

    Leads Center

    , CSV exports, and integrations (e.g.,

    Zapier → Google Sheets

    ).
  • Strong analytical skills (tests, cohorts, creative insights) and clear communication.
  • Policy awareness:

    Special Ad Categories

    & anti-discrimination rules.
  • Nice to Have: Meta Blueprint – Media Buying Professional

    (or similar certification).
