Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing meta ad campaigns across various platforms, conducting keyword research, analyzing ad performance, and providing actionable insights. Additional responsibilities include strategizing to improve advertisement effectiveness, managing ad spend budgets, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure best practices in digital marketing are followed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns that drive measurable results – from brand awareness to lead generation and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience research, targeting, and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Develop ad creatives (in collaboration with the design/content team) and write compelling ad copy.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and optimize campaigns for best ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.


Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) managing Meta Ads campaigns with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail for ad copy and creatives.
  • Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.


Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools for ad creatives.
  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Understanding of overall digital marketing strategy (SEO, email, funnels).
