Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Manager based in Jodhpur. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for developing and managing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, optimizing ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and conducting market research. The role also includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives and managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Digital Advertising & Meta Ads Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and CTAs in collaboration with content and design teams.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and prepare strategic reports.
• Implement retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience strategies.
• Align ad strategies with e-commerce objectives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand voice.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
