🧠 Role & Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Conduct audience research and build high-converting targeting strategies
Monitor daily ad performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions
Create compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design team for creatives
Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives
Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as a
Meta Ads Manager / Performance Marketer
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
, pixels, and conversion tracking
Experience managing budgets and scaling profitable campaigns
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work
on-site in Indore
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
