Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Indore, with some work from home permitted. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and developing content strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring social media engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with other team members to align digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
