About the Role

Performance Marketer

Someone who knows how to scale brands, not just run ads.

You’ll be working across multiple verticals—from lifestyle to tech to FMCG—building campaigns that bring real results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize 

  Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

   and 

  Amazon Ads

   campaigns.
• Manage ad budgets, track KPIs, and continuously A/B test creatives and audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-converting ads.
• Research trends, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of the digital curve.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in 

  Performance Marketing

   (agency or brand side).
• Strong understanding of 

  Meta Ads Manager

   and 

  Amazon Advertising Console

  .
• Knows how to scale campaigns profitably—because “boosting” is not strategy.
• Analytical mindset with a love for numbers, dashboards, and caffeine.
• Creative eye for compelling copy and visuals.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience with Google Ads or influencer campaigns.
• Can crack witty ad copies and understand consumer psychology.
• Have worked on e-commerce or D2C brands.
