Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Meta Ads Manager located in Ludhiana. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to meet business objectives. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, analyzing performance metrics (ROAS), managing budgets, and generating reports. The role requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing ROI. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Sales experience in meta ads with a focus on achieving targets Understanding of the market in terms of what works on ads Project Management abilities to handle ad campaigns with vertical and horizontal growth Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle 3-4 brands together Meta ads qualification from a certification platform, Testimonials of clients, portfolio of work Experience with Meta ad campaigns is non-negotiable in lead-gen and e-commerce Expected salary - 25K-45K ( Negotiable based on experience ) Show more Show less
