Manage day-to-day operations across all relevant social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Stay updated with each platforms algorithm and feature updates to optimize content visibility and engagement. Monitor audience interactions, respond to queries and comments promptly, and foster a positive brand community.. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and ROI using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party dashboards. Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize performance and achieve specific marketing objectives. Liaise with internal teams (Sales, HR, and CSR, Events) to develop relevant content and support functional campaigns (e.g., recruitment drives, product launches, and employee engagement). Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with influencers or content creators in line with campaign goals. Monitor social sentiment and proactively address any brand-related concerns or negative publicity. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization strategies. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance dashboards for management review. Identify and engage with relevant online communities, influencers, and stakeholders to expand reach and relevance.
