Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Manage paid media campaigns to drive conversions, sales, and brand awareness goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, product) to develop targeted ad content that meets business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

  • Making MIS report of campaign along with analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple paid media campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
