Role We are looking for a Virtual Agency Manager (VAM) who will act as a strategic bridge between clients and their digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Performance Strategy, along with the ability to analyze, optimize, and guide agencies toward achieving better marketing results. This role is perfect for someone who understands how agencies work and can ensure clients get the maximum ROI from their marketing investments. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact between clients and their digital marketing agencies. Review and monitor agency deliverables, performance reports, and KPIs across all digital channels. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Evaluate SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Content Marketing performance, and identify improvement areas. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly reviews with clients and agencies to ensure alignment with business goals. • Guide clients on digital strategy, media planning, and performance optimization. • Ensure ad budgets are effectively utilized and campaigns adhere to best practices. • Audit ongoing campaigns and ensure accountability and transparency from agencies. • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to advise clients proactively. Required Skills & Experience • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Agency Management. • Experience working with digital marketing agency handling diverse portfolio of clients Strong experience and knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Strategy, and Analytics tools. Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance and ROI. Experience working with or managing digital agencies or vendor partners. Excellent client communication and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and KPIs. • Ability to manage multiple clients and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders. Conduct presentations and demos to showcase Myvaas services, strategies, and success stories effectively. Sales & Revenue Targets Own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Maintain and grow client portfolio through repeat business and referrals. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct regular reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Skills & Competencies Proven experience (36 years) in Business Development / Sales within a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising, or Media Industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Media. Prior experience in agency sales or digital marketing client servicing is a must.
