Skills And Experience: 3-6 years of experience in paid media roles. Proven hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns extensively. Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Education: MBA from a reputable business school. Technical Skills: Proficiency in analysing advertising data using tools like Google Analytics. Proficiency in working with Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua). Ability to manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively. Creative Skills: Strong capability in developing and refining ad creatives and messaging. Ability to provide creative inputs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
