About the Role Were looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in managing performance-driven ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, and performance tracking along with the confidence to communicate directly with clients to understand goals, share insights, and present results. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns across multiple objectives (lead generation, brand awareness, conversions, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI, CTR, CPA, and other KPIs. Develop strategies for audience targeting, ad creatives, and remarketing. Coordinate with the design and content team to create effective ad creatives and copy. Prepare performance reports and present them during client calls . Communicate with clients regularly to understand their goals, share updates, and suggest improvements. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in Meta advertising. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager. Proven track record of managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking. Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to speak confidently on client calls. Knowledge of A/B testing, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies. Basic understanding of Google Ads or other paid media platforms is a plus.
