We're expanding rapidly and looking for a strong performer who can drive business growth and lead our sales team toward consistent revenue targets.Role OverviewWe are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue generation in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling digital marketing services such as Social Media Marketing, Performance Ads, SEO, Website Development, and Influencer Marketing.Your monthly goal will be to achieve ?1525 lakhs in revenue through new client onboarding and account expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B sales for the agency's digital marketing services.Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets (?1525 lakhs/month).Identify, pitch, and close high-value deals with SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients.Develop and execute growth strategies for acquiring new clients.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business decks.Maintain CRM reports and sales pipeline visibility.Train and mentor junior sales executives to achieve collective targets.RequirementsProven track record in digital marketing or agency sales.Strong network and ability to close high-ticket clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Understanding of digital services: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Branding, and Influencer Campaigns.Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-focused mindset.Performance & IncentivesBase salary + monthly incentives based on revenue achieved.Additional quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding targets.Opportunity for rapid growth into Business Head / AVP roles based on consistent performance.
