Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Expert with strong expertise in Facebook & Instagram advertising (Meta Ads Manager). The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive high ROI and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across all stages of the funnel.

Conduct detailed audience research and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

Create compelling ad creatives (in collaboration with designers) and persuasive ad copies.

Monitor campaign performance and regularly adjust budgets, bids, and targeting.

Track and report KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate.

Implement pixel tracking and custom conversions via Meta Events Manager.

Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaign goals.

Perform competitor ad analysis and suggest improvements accordingly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management.

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Events Manager.

Proficiency in audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.

Working knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and conversion tracking tools.

Certification in Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Experience in other PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and third-party tracking platforms.
