Meta ads expert

You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your main duties will include planning, managing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms, conducting detailed audience and competitor research, executing A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting, monitoring key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, collaborating with creative and content teams, analyzing campaign data, staying updated on Meta Ads policies and features, and preparing performance reports. - Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) - Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to enhance targeting and reach - Execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous improvement - Monitor key metrics - ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates - and optimize accordingly - Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging - Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency - Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, new features, and industry trends - Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams or clients To be successful in this role, you must have proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, a strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels, experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant ad spend, familiarity with Meta Events Manager, Pixel, and tracking setups, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will gain deep experience in full-funnel paid media strategy and execution, exposure to diverse, high-impact campaigns across industries, hands-on learning in budget optimization, creative testing, and scaling, and the opportunity to make measurable contributions to brand growth through performance marketing.,
