Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Meta Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid campaigns, audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Define audience segments, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
• Write engaging ad copies, select creatives, and run A/B tests.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns for better ROI and lower acquisition costs.
• Work closely with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager policies, trends, and best practices.
• Assist in retargeting strategies and full-funnel paid campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel integration.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, lead generation, and remarketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,229.47 - ₹36,262.45 per month
