Meta Ads Executive

As a Meta Ads Specialist at Herbalmax, you will play a crucial role in elevating our digital marketing efforts by overseeing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram. Your main objective will be to enhance ad performance, increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and boost customer acquisition through data-driven strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing, managing, and fine-tuning Meta ad campaigns to maximize performance and conversions. Conducting in-depth A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting will be essential to enhance campaign effectiveness. Analyzing campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement will also be a key part of your role. You will work on implementing audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to drive engagement and conversions effectively. Collaboration with the creative team will be necessary to ensure that the ad creatives and messaging are compelling and aligned with the campaign goals. It will be crucial for you to stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, and best practices to ensure that our campaigns remain cutting-edge. Monitoring ad spend and budget allocation to ensure efficient resource usage for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in managing Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. A proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with a strong focus on ROI is required. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and audience insights is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or reporting tools, knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis are also necessary. While experience in the health & wellness industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment will be critical for success in this role.,
