Meta Ads Executive

We specialize in SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and end-to-end online growth strategies. To strengthen our performance marketing team, we are looking for a skilled Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance.
• Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, lower CPC, and improved ROI.
• Monitor daily performance and prepare regular reports on campaign metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design/content team to create engaging ad creatives and copies.
• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Ensure proper tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Pixels.
• Manage monthly ad budgets effectively and provide recommendations for scaling campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
