Meta Ads Executive

We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Executive to manage and scale campaigns for Indian e-commerce (D2C) brands. This role focuses on strategy, optimization, and driving measurable growth through Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Audience Research & Targeting: Build custom audiences, segment effectively, and create personas aligned with brand goals.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop Meta marketing strategies to boost awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor, test, and refine ads (bids, creatives, targeting) for maximum ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and share actionable insights.
• Creative Coordination: Work with designers, share client feedback, and ensure creatives match expectations.
• Competitor Research: Stay updated on market trends and use insights to refine campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running Meta Ads for D2C brands.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
• Expertise in segmentation, retargeting, and lookalikes.
• Up-to-date with Meta Ads tools and features.
