influencer marketing, SEO, and website development. We are looking for a result-driven Facebook

Ads Expert who can strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).

• Manage campaigns for eCommerce, service-based, and lead generation clients.

• Conduct in-depth audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing.

• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPL, and CPA.

• Write ad copies, plan creatives, and brief the design team.

• Set up pixel tracking, events, and custom conversions.

• Build remarketing and lookalike audiences.

• Create weekly and monthly reports with insights & next steps.

• Coordinate with the content, design, and client servicing team to deliver results.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and tools.

• Conducting meetings, Interviews, Exposure to Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, pixel setup, and analytics tools.

• Hands-on experience with eCommerce & lead generation campaigns.

• Good knowledge of funnel strategies, scaling, and budget allocation.

• Ability to analyze data & make data-driven decisions.

• Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
