Title of the position - Assistant Manager, Digital IT; MES/ SFIS Location - Hosur About The Business Tata Electronics Pvt. Responsibilities Lead MES/WMS/traceability projects to support manufacturing operations. Manage cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, operations, and IT teams. Drive system implementation, integration, and process improvements aligned with business goals. Oversee stakeholder management, Requirement negotiations, and change control. Ensure compliance with manufacturing traceability standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide engineers and support teams, fostering continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs, project budgets, and timelines; escalate risks and issues proactively. Prepare reports and present project updates to senior management. Essential Attributes Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving focus. Ability to influence and drive change in a complex environment Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. Solid understanding of MES/WMS systems and manufacturing processes in EMS. Proven experience in project and vendor management. Desired Experience Level 7+ years in EMS or related manufacturing IT roles, with 3+ years in leadership or managerial capacity. Proven track record of leading MES projects and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in data acquisition and system configuration in manufacturing environments. Prior exposure to production floor systems and automation integration is a plus
