Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 6-9 years

Job Location: Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and end-users to understand, refine, and implement evolving business requirements.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain full-stack applications using React (v18+), Node.js, and Oracle SQL.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through application monitoring, triage, and incident resolution.
• Build and consume REST APIs and work within a microservices architecture.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and assist in release automation and environment management.
• Maintain and support applications hosted on Linux servers, including basic system troubleshooting.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensure version control discipline using Git, and follow SDLC best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and proactively identify performance and quality improvements.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React 18+, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Solid backend development using Node.js
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (preferably Oracle)
• Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based solutions
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control systems like Git, and build/release processes
• Working knowledge of Linux server management and troubleshooting
• Strong debugging, analytical, and triage skills in production environments
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, or equivalent)
• Exposure to containerization or cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, AWS, Azure)
• Experience working in cross-functional offshore/onshore Agile teams
  

We Are Not Looking For Someone Who

• Lacks hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies
• Prefers working only in development and avoids operational responsibilities
• Is unfamiliar with modern SDLC practices including Git, CI/CD, and Agile
• Requires continuous hand-holding or extensive guidance for task execution
• Has limited experience troubleshooting in production or triaging user-reported issues
• Limit to team management only
• Can not work from office
