Role Overview

We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and full-stack features that support our attribution engine. The ideal candidate will be confident in both frontend and backend development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with experience in building scalable APIs and integrating AI-based services.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
  • Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power frontend and mobile apps
  • Work closely with the AI/ML team to integrate model outputs and analytics
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval using MongoDB for large-scale attribution data
  • Implement secure, scalable, and modular backend architecture on AWS or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless end-to-end product experiences
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development workflows


Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with the full MERN stack
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB
  • Experience with building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) for deployment and scaling
  • Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Ability to translate business logic into scalable backend services
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Firebase Authentication, AWS Lambda, or EC2
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications or analytics dashboards
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data privacy best practices
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or serverless architecture
