Role Overview

We are looking for an NLP Engineer to help us derive meaning from unstructured data. You will contribute to the development of intelligent language features that enhance product functionality and user insight. This role requires both strong technical grounding and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on language understanding tasks relevant to the platform
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models and pipelines
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate insights into features
• Continuously improve model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in natural language processing or applied machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with modern NLP toolkits (e.g. spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers)
• Experience with model development and deployment workflows
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to real-world text data from social or user-generated sources
• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, or ranking systems
• Experience with language model evaluation and optimization
