Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performing, and reusable front-end components using ReactJS (with Hooks and Redux)
• Build robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS, Integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly
• Work with MongoDB for database design, indexing, and optimization
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack
• Optimize performance, implement security protocols, and maintain data integrity
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests for high code quality
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2- 4 years of hands-on experience with the full MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS)
• Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS (with Hooks), and state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with JSON
• Comfortable with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and Agile development practices
• Familiarity with MongoDB aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance tuning
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS/LESS
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
  

Good To Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment pipelines
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch integration
• Familiarity with Jest, Mocha, or other testing frameworks
