Location: Remote / Ghaziabad, India Job Type: Full-time About MoonAir: MoonAir is a leading air cooler manufacturing and distribution company focused on B2B operations, dealer management, and service excellence. We are building a scalable CRM, service management, and IoT-integrated platform to streamline our operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web/mobile applications (frontend & backend) for MoonAir’s internal systems. Integrate CRM, dealer management, and service modules with existing workflows. Build APIs and dashboards for reporting and analytics. Implement role-based access and security across applications. Collaborate with operations and service teams to understand requirements and optimize processes. Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of all applications. Required Skills: Strong experience in Next.js / React / Node.js (or equivalent full-stack tech). Database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Supabase). API development & integration (REST, GraphQL). Experience with role-based access control, authentication, and permissions. Understanding of cloud hosting, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to CRM platforms (EspoCRM, Zoho, or similar). Experience with IoT or device integration. Familiarity with Supabase / Firebase or other BaaS solutions.
