Job Description

What You’ll Do

Build, optimize, and deploy scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Take ownership of end-to-end development cycles — from planning to production.
Guide and support junior developers through code reviews, mentorship, and technical problem-solving.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Drive best practices in architecture, performance, and security.
Coordinate project timelines, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, database design, and scalable architectures.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong ability to lead by example, mentor teammates, and foster collaboration.
Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
