Relationship Manager

Flipshope is looking for a passionate and proactive Relationship Manager to lead our brand and business partnership efforts. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in building and nurturing brand relationships, preferably in the e-commerce or IT sector. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing partner communication, and driving collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands and business partners

• Generate leads and explore new partnership opportunities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring consistent communication and engagement

• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, tech, operations) to execute partnership goals effectively

• Represent the company in meetings, pitches, and business discussions with confidence and clarity

• Ensure high partner satisfaction through timely follow-ups and value-driven solutions

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or client servicing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport

• Experience in e-commerce or IT industry preferred

• Strong lead generation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, energetic approach with a focus on outcomes and relationship success

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
