MERN Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with the product team to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for data modeling and optimization.
• Implement responsive UI/UX using React.js with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Debug and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security issues.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (optional)
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Knowledge of Redux / Context API for state management.
• Experience in REST API design and integration
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Basic understanding of unit testing (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets for real-time applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer (or full-stack JavaScript developer).

Pay: ₹14,452.12 - ₹74,660.64 per month
