Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications before release. You will be responsible for designing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Review product requirements and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Ensure applications meet cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility standards.
Maintain test documentation, checklists, and quality reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester (at least 1 years).
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
Knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright) is a plus.
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, REST Assured).
Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications.
Good understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
Familiarity with security testing practices.
