Mern Stack Developer

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, writes clean and reusable code, and has experience with TypeScript, ESLint, code refactoring, performance optimization, and unit testing. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences and reliable backend systems. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Implement TypeScript across the stack for improved type safety and maintainability. Use ESLint and Prettier to ensure consistent code quality. Perform code refactoring and optimization to improve application performance. Write and maintain unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Conduct performance monitoring, debugging, and profiling to optimize applications. Collaborate with team members through code reviews, Git workflows, and Agile practices. Integrate APIs and third-party services securely and efficiently. Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development. RequirementsStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Experience with ESLint, Prettier, and code quality tools. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, etc.). Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to refactor and optimize existing code. Experience with performance testing and debugging tools (Lighthouse, Webpack Bundle Analyzer, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Next.js or other React frameworks. Knowledge of GraphQL. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
