Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building robust full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers for implementing responsive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to understand business requirements and deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Proficient in:
• React.js (Hooks, Redux preferred)
• Node.js and Express.js
• MongoDB (including aggregation, indexing)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
• Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Heroku is an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
