About The Opportunity

A leading technology firm in the digital transformation and web application development sector is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in India. This on-site opportunity is perfect for a dedicated developer looking to make an impact by building robust, scalable web applications using cutting-edge technologies.Role & Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy dynamic web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, to translate design prototypes into responsive, high-performance applications.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flows and user-friendly interactions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
Implement security best practices and ensure the stability and scalability of the web solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing coding standards and best practices within the team.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Must-Have: Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Must-Have: Experience building, deploying, and maintaining web applications and RESTful APIs.
Preferred: Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Preferred: Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern front-end state management libraries (Redux or similar).
Preferred: Exposure to cloud services and DevOps practices is a plus.
