MERN cum Web Development Trainer

Job Summary:

We are hiring a passionate and experienced MERN cum Web Development Trainer to train and mentor students on full-stack web technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience in both front-end and back-end technologies and the ability to teach and guide learners from basic to advanced levels, especially on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and core web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Web Development fundamentals and MERN stack technologies.
• Teach front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , Bootstrap, Git & GitHub.
• Train students on back-end and full-stack concepts using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, React.js.
• Design curriculum, assignments, and capstone projects to ensure practical understanding.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and project guidance to students.
• Conduct regular assessments, feedback sessions, and code reviews.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve training material.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Web Development and MERN Stack.
• Solid understanding of full-stack architecture and real-time project development.
• Prior experience in teaching/training (online or offline) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginner-level learners.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Postman, Git, VS Code, REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Next.js is a plus.
• Experience in deploying projects on platforms like Heroku, Netlify, or Vercel.
• Exposure to Agile methodology and collaborative development practices.
