Position:

About the Company:

Role Overview:

Merchant Banker / Principal Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SEBI Merchant Banker registration and ensure compliance with SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992.
Establish and manage merchant banking operations, documentation, and compliance systems.
Execute issue management for IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Buybacks, and Open Offers.
Oversee due diligence, valuation, and offer documentation as per SEBI norms.
Advise on corporate restructuring, M&A, and fundraising.
Act as Principal Officer overseeing regulatory reporting and audits.
Mentor and guide a small team of finance and compliance professionals.

Eligibility:

Qualification:
CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CS or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, or Corporate Advisory.
Regulatory:
Must be SEBI-registered (Category I) or eligible as Principal Officer.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SEBI ICDR, Takeover, Buyback & Listing Regulations, excellent analytical and client management skills.
