Merchant Banker

As a Merchant Banker, you will be responsible for executing capital market transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality services to clients. Your role will require a strong understanding of SEBI regulations, corporate laws, and the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution in investment banking. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct due diligence for capital market transactions. - Manage drafting, compliance, disclosure, and reporting requirements. - Maintain proper record keeping in accordance with SEBI and regulatory guidelines. - Coordinate with clients to facilitate smooth project execution. - Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of all client deliverables. - Create pitch books, company profiles, and investment memorandums. - Stay updated on SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act, etc. - Collaborate with internal teams for the execution of Capital Markets transactions like IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, etc. Requirements: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Merchant Banking or Investment Banking. - Proficient knowledge of SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax regulations. - Experience in capital markets transactions and regulatory compliance. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities. - Self-driven, dynamic, and result-oriented professional with out-of-the-box thinking.
