Merchant Banker

Role Overview: As a Merchant Banker, you will play a crucial role in executing capital market transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and delivering high-quality services to clients. Your responsibilities will involve conducting due diligence, drafting documents, maintaining records, interacting with clients, and staying updated on SEBI regulations and corporate laws. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct due diligence for capital market transactions. - Handle drafting, compliance, disclosure, and reporting requirements. - Ensure proper record keeping in line with SEBI and regulatory norms. - Interact and coordinate with clients for smooth project execution. - Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of all client deliverables. - Prepare pitch books, company profiles, and investment memorandums. - Stay updated with guidelines/regulations under SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act, etc. - Collaborate with internal teams for execution of Capital Markets transactions (IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, etc.). Qualifications Required: - MBA / CA / CS / LLB - Minimum 6+ years experience in Merchant Banking or Investment Banking. - Strong knowledge of SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax regulations. - Experience in capital markets transactions and regulatory compliance. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling skills. - Self-driven, dynamic, and result-oriented professional with ability to think out-of-the-box.,
