Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchant, located in Sadar. The Merchant will be responsible for managing product sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, maintaining relationships with suppliers, handling inventory control, and liaising with the sales team to meet customer needs. The Merchant will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and helping to develop strategies for product lines.

Qualifications

Experience in product sourcing, supplier negotiation, and inventory management
Skills in market analysis and trend analysis
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Ability to maintain and build relationships with suppliers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of quality standards and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience in the merchandise management or retail industry is a plus
