Collaborating with production managers to develop production schedules that ensure optimal resource utilization and timely delivery of orders will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will need to plan vendor visits for fabric and other accessories as necessary. Maintaining all essential documents related to orders, including purchase invoices, shipping documents, and quality reports, is a critical aspect of the role. Managing the procurement of raw materials and auxiliary supplies to ensure timely availability and maintain optimal inventory levels will also be your responsibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external vendors to ensure smooth business operations is essential. It is important to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to contribute effectively to the organization's goals. If you have 3 to 4 years of preferable experience, knowledge of Tamil and English, computer skills in MS Office and PPT, and a minimum qualification of a graduate, you are encouraged to apply for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding automobiles by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
