Merchandiser (Socks/Cold Weather)

Oversee product development processes, ensuring cost-effective solutions and conducting price negotiations with suppliers.
Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery that meets quality and quantity standards as per customer specifications.
Analyze and interpret customer guidelines and product requests to assist in order creation and facilitate seamless product production.
Maintain proactive communication with the Production Team (USA) to promptly update customer needs, summarize order data, and address any issues that arise.
Utilize Infor and SAP/PLM systems effectively to manage order and production data.
Monitor the status of contractual samples, coordinate photo submissions to the approvals team (in Zhuji China), and ensure timely shipping of physical samples with necessary documentation to licensors (in USA) post-approval.
Collaborate closely with design and quality assurance departments (both in Zhuji China) to manage product elements such as CBD & TECH PACK, samples, and packaging until order completion.
Assist managers in developing supplier management plans and evaluation mechanisms to enhance supplier quality and performance. (Those may out of China)
Ensure timely follow-up on PP samples and TOP samples.
Support the testing process as needed to ensure product quality and compliance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support overall team objectives.

Additional Requirements

Bachelors degree in related field.
At least 3-4 years of experience in merchandising - socks or coldweather category
Independent, self-motivated, good team player and able to work with senior management team.
Familiar with sock structure, manufacturing, trimming, printing technology and other related fields, and have high sensitivity to cost.
