Merchandiser

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our Home Needs (Hypermarket) Retail Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing in-store displays, window setups, and layout arrangements to enhance the shopping experience, attract foot traffic, and drive sales. Working Duration: Duty hours- 9 hours per day,6 days per week working, Week off on weekdays), Salary from 20,000/- (incentives will be given based on the job performances) Key Responsibilities Design and implement eye-catching displays for all our products. Develop and maintain the store layout plan, ensuring it aligns with seasonal themes, promotions, and brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns, new product launches, and promotional events. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure visual standards are consistently met across all sections. Track customer behavior and adapt displays based on shopping patterns and feedback. Source or create props and signage required for visual storytelling within the store. Oversee the installation and dismantling of visual setups with minimal disruption to store operations. Monitor inventory movement to ensure featured products are always well-stocked. Keep the latest trends in interior design, retail displays, and consumer engagement. Requirements: Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role, preferably in home, lifestyle, Home Appliances or furniture retail. Strong eye for design, color coordination, and spatial arrangement. Strong project management and time management skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Flexibility to work during non-regular hours for setup and changes when necessary. Degree or certification in Visual Merchandising, Design, or Retail Management (preferred but not mandatory).
