As an experienced Merchandising & Inventory Lead at Ornate Jewels, Kota, your primary focus will be on managing inventory health, optimizing product assortment, and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance sales and brand compliance. Your role demands strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in luxury retail merchandising. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory Optimization: Minimize stock ageing, increase inventory turnover, manage stock replenishment, and conduct detailed stock analysis. - Product Sourcing: Manage supplier relationships, secure favorable terms and pricing, assess vendors" quality, and reduce returns. - Visual Merchandising: Implement Planogram management, supervise in-store display and photography presentation, ensuring adherence to brand standards. - Product Planning: Collaborate with designers on product selection for new collections and manage the design bank. - Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor pricing and market trends to inform decision-making. - Reporting: Generate accurate MIS reports related to inventory and product performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in merchandising, inventory management, or buying roles within luxury retail. - Expertise: In-depth understanding of merchandising principles and consumer preferences. - Analytical: Proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
