To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG industries. A strong understanding of planograms and retail operations, coupled with design sensibility and attention to detail, will be essential for success. Your willingness to travel extensively, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and coordination skills will also be valuable assets.
