Job Title: MerchandiserEducation: Any GraduateExperience: 10 to 12 YearsLocation: Seepz, Andheri E, MumbaiWorking Days: Mon-Sat/ 17 Saturdays off annuallyAbout the Role: Responsible for driving innovations with impactful results, achieving strategy goals, reducing turnaround time (TAT) for new product development (PD), managing rejections and rollbacks, meeting market targets, and ensuring timely follow-up on all customer requirements.Technical / Functional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of product development processes and market dynamics.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteCompetencies:Continuous Learning.Achievement Orientation.Accountability and Ownership.Client Focus.Teamwork.Execution ExcellenceKey Responsibilities:Drive innovations to meet targets, with a goal of 5 innovations per month.Ensure 100% achievement of strategy goals, including in-depth training for Team, new setting style innovation for export, and development of lightweight men's rings.Develop strategies to reduce the average turnaround time for new product development.Set specific targets to reduce the average number of days for new PD.Keep the number of rejections below 1.80%.Maintain a list of rework samples and assign appropriate weightage for rejections to drive improvement.Ensure zero deviance between planned and target achievements in the EU, APAC, ROW, US, and DI markets.Meet the set targets for new developments and modifications in the specified market segment.Proactively follow up on all emails and requirements from associates or customers.Maintain an up-to-date conflicts and resolution log, resolving conflicts promptly.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address conflicts, particularly related to tubing points.Motivate, train, and engage team members, and enhance their performance by becoming their guide and mentor, and develop them to take additional responsibilities.Monitor the work done by the team for a smooth flow of work.Ensure timely appraisal and increments for the team.Put a training calendar for self and the team, and ensure the same is implemented within the deadline.Ensure identification of potential and design action plans for succession planning for oneself.
