The role involves handling emails, sampling, follow-ups, and maintaining strong business relationships.---🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with buyers and local parties regarding orders, updates, and deliveries.Handle emails professionally (inquiries, approvals, order confirmations).Coordinate with production, sampling, and dispatch teams.Prepare purchase orders, costing sheets, and follow-up reports.Ensure timely execution of orders from start to finish.Maintain proper documentation and records.Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and clients for approvals and updates.Monitor quality checks and sample approvals.Support in planning, forecasting, and inventory management.Resolve issues related to production delays, quality, or communication gaps.---🔹 Skills RequiredGood knowledge of merchandising processesEmail drafting & handlingCommunication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)Understanding of fabrics, trims, production flow (for textile industry)Coordination & follow-up skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, spreadsheets)Problem-solving & multitasking abilityCustomer service attitude---🔹 QualificationsGraduate preferred (any stream)Experience in merchandising or coordination roles is an advantageFreshers with communication skills can also apply---🔹 SalaryBased on skills & experienceSalary no bar for the right candidate---🔹 Work ScheduleAs per company timing (example: 10:30 am to 9:00 pm)Location saroli surat call 9427423205 for more details
