Merchandise Manager

We are looking for a Merchandiser Manager to join our team and lead key operations in our garment production workflow. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for someone with a background in garment manufacturing who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing teams effectively. Key Responsibilities Fabric Management: • Communicate with fabric vendors regarding orders, timelines, and specifications • Maintain data entry • Ensure timely receipt and quality verification of fabrics Production Planning & Execution: • Plan and manage cut orders • Coordinate closely with the cutting department to execute the plan efficiently • Ensure smooth internal communication between departments Required Qualifications • Graduate in Garment Manufacturing OR equal experience • knowledge of pattern making and stitching techniques • Understanding of various types of fabrics and their characteristics
