This is a full-time, on-site position suited for someone with a background in fashion or garment manufacturing who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing teams effectively. As a Merchandiser Manager, you will play a critical role in the fabric and production lifecycle—from vendor communication to cut order planning, guiding the cutting department, and ensuring timely and efficient operations across departments. Key Responsibilities • Fabric Management: • Communicate with fabric vendors regarding orders, timelines, and specifications • Maintain accurate data entry of fabric-related details in the system • Ensure timely receipt and quality verification of fabrics • Production Planning & Execution: • Plan and manage cut orders • Coordinate closely with the cutting department to execute the plan efficiently • Monitor day-to-day operations and troubleshoot bottlenecks • Ensure smooth internal communication between departments • Team Coordination: • Lead and manage a team to execute operational tasks efficiently • Promote a positive work culture and ensure team goals are achieved • Provide training, feedback, and supervision when necessary Required Qualifications & Skills • Graduate in Fashion Design, Garment Manufacturing, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role (preferred but not mandatory) • Strong knowledge of pattern making and stitching techniques • Understanding of various types of fabrics and their characteristics • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude • Prior experience in production or merchandising will be an added advantage Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand • Learn and grow within a dynamic and passionate team • Exposure to end-to-end garment production operations Salary : 15K-18K Per Month
